 We are very excited to announce that the ICPAR is officially an approved outcross registry of the Pinto Horse Association of America! Now it is easier than ever to double register your pony. When applying for your Pinto papers just make sure you include a copy of your ICPAR registration certificate along with all of Pinto's registration requirements and fees.
