The results were: The Chincoteague Volunteer Fire Department's Fall foal auction was held online November 17-21, 2023. Only two foals were born, the high bid was $4,100 and the low bid was $3,000.

The results were - 71 ponies (including 7 buybacks) sold - $479,000 total in sales (record) - average cost per foal $6,792 - high bid $42,000 (buyback)(record) - low bid $1,800 The auction is today and starts at 8am.
